About CaterFlowil
I'm Roman — married, father of two, and the engineer behind CaterFlowil.
Since 2013 I've built automation and software systems for large technology companies — test automation, DevOps, integrations, and AI solutions for organizations with serious scale and reliability requirements.
A few years ago I started working closely with a catering business — building the ordering system, redesigning the kitchen workflow, and gradually automating everything from quotes to prep lists. That system is now used inside a real, working catering operation. The lessons we learned there became CaterFlowil.
Today I'm opening that same platform — adapted, polished, and ready — to other catering businesses in Israel and the United States. Catering owners shouldn't have to choose between a clunky restaurant POS and another spreadsheet. They deserve software built for how catering really works.
Engineering Background
Before CaterFlowil I worked on automation, infrastructure and quality systems at leading global tech companies. The same engineering discipline goes into every line of catering software we ship.

What We Believe
Catering is a craft. Software should remove the chaos around it — not add another layer of complexity. AI and automation are powerful tools only when they're built with patience, real domain understanding, and a working kitchen in mind.
- Deep technical experience from large-scale engineering
- Time spent inside a real catering kitchen, not just a design tool
- Built for both Hebrew and English markets (IL & US)
- Practical solutions that survive a busy event, not just a slide deck
